Prior to establishing Arnold Group Australia, Glenn had over 17 years experience in operational Insurance and Recruitment management positions for medium and large service organisations. As the Director of Arnold Group he works with many senior executives and business leaders across the globe. He enjoys being challenged by the ebbs and flows of running a business and is passionate about helping clients achieve business and career success. Recruitment and networking are a critical component for any business leader or organisation focused on maximizing their investment in and retention of people. Over the past 20 years he has been assisting some of Australia’s largest and most well known organisations find the right people to aid in delivering their strategic objectives.
