You’ll take ownership of a global HSW function, working across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the US, partnering closely with executive leadership and influencing how safety is delivered, not just measured.

What you bring

• Senior HSW leadership experience, ideally with some global exposure
• Strong background in risk, incident investigation and systems (ISO45001)
• Ability to influence across cultures, not just within Australia
• A practical mindset, you can translate strategy into action
• Confidence to challenge, guide and bring people on the journey
