We're seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to partner with leaders across a diverse organisation, helping create safer workplaces and stronger safety cultures. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to support both office and operational teams.

The Role:
You'll provide practical WHS advice and coaching while supporting:

• Incident investigations and risk management.
• Workplace inspections and audits.
• Psychosocial health and wellbeing initiatives.
• Safety systems, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Leader capability and stakeholder engagement.

About You
You'll bring:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
• Experience conducting investigations and influencing stakeholders.
• A proactive, practical approach and passion for improving workplace safety.
• Current Australian driver's licence
