Injury Management Specialist
A flexible 0.6 FTE injury management role focused on workers' compensation and return‑to‑work within a single healthcare setting.

Working on‑site within a busy healthcare setting, you’ll join a small, supportive team and take responsibility for part of the workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work cases.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Return‑to‑work coordination — develop, monitor and review RTW programs and suitable duties
- Workers’ compensation case management — manage claims end‑to‑end, including early intervention
- Stakeholder engagement — collaborate with injured workers, leaders, treating practitioners and claims partners
- Medical certificate and rehab plan oversight
- System documentation — maintain accurate and compliant records across internal platforms
- On‑site visibility — build strong relationships with clinical and operational teams
You’ll be well‑suited to this role if you bring:
- Proven experience in injury management, return‑to‑work, and workers’ compensation
- Confidence working in healthcare or other high‑risk, fast‑paced environments
- A proactive, relationship‑focused approach with strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Familiarity with systems such as Solv Injury and Riskman or similar
