We're seeking an experienced OHS Generalist to support the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the site during a 12-week fixed-term assignment.

About the Role:
Reporting to the WHS Manager, you'll partner with leaders and workers to strengthen safety performance, support compliance and contribute to a positive safety culture. This is a hands-on role where you'll be visible across the business, providing practical advice and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers to provide practical OHS advice and support across multiple sites.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Assist with implementing OHS initiatives, maintaining safety systems and promoting continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support the delivery of the annual OHS work plan.

About You:
To be successful, you will have:

• Qualifications in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• Experience in an OHS Advisor, OHS Generalist or Safety Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
