He investigates incidents, completes risk assessments with consultation with employees and supervisors. He is comfortable conducting training and really enjoys coaching the team on the correct process to be safe.  He maintains records and completes audits, inspections, and reporting regularly.  He is very keen to get into a company with great support from management and a passion to improve safety outcomes.

Health & Safety Manager – VIC

Our Vic candidate interviews extremely well, he is very experienced in transport, manufacturing, FMCG, construction, telecommunication and heavy industrial services. He is able to articulate his knowledge clearly and with great examples of the focus he has had on behavioral safety as well as operational safety, making physical improvements to the plant, machinery and the environment. He is supporting multiple sites currently in manufacturing & warehousing, reviewing current systems, identifying and controlling risk. He can be both strategic and hands-on providing support and guidance. Constantly consulting with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and delivery of action plans. He has a Master’s Degree in Risk Management along with many other EHS qualifications.
