Health and Safety Manager – Queensland

With strong experience working in Transport, Warehousing and Distribution along with Dangerous Goods facilities, completing risk reviews and assessments of chemicals of the whole site and provided guidance to operations on correct storage quantities, requirements and placarding, along with support and training of drivers.  He has reviewed safety management systems, conducted a gap analysis and worked through implementing COVID policies, emergency planning, and updating risk registers, he has great attention to detail.  He has a high level of time management, organisational and multi-tasking capability, strong problem solving, verbal communication and project management skills working with different professionals and trades.  He is looking to expand his capabilities and be challenged.

An experienced risk management and compliance professional with a strong occupational health and safety and business continuity background, with exposure to a variety of industries including manufacturing, utilities, not for profit sector, State and Local Government, retail, telecommunications and within a self-insurer environment.
