We are looking for an experienced people leader to join one of the most significant emergency services organisations in Victoria.
Reporting to the Compensation Manager, you will be tasked with the ongoing improvement of claims and return to work practices in addition to the development of early intervention strategies for the business.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in the health field, combined with strong practical experience in the injury management or claims space.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills within a business group that is complex and diverse.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and deliver on project timelines.
- An ability to handle multiple stakeholders within a process.
