This role working in the CBD requires administration support as part of a growing team in the WorkCover claims areas.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of WorkCover and claims processes
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to work in a large team environment
Experience in WorkCover claims administration is favourably. Claims processing or WorkCover management knowledge ideal. Strong administrators with excellent interpersonal skills, who have worked in a highly compliant or regulated environment will also pick this up quickly.
