Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- To deliver best practice, regulatory compliant worker’s compensation claims management services to employees and Line Managers whilst also providing guidance, leadership and support to fellow team members.
- To support strategy of Injury Management Services by implementing processes to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in Victoria), with proven capabilities in all relevant aspects.
- Sound technical knowledge of worker’s compensation legislation and claims management.
- Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively within a diverse customer base (has a consultative communication style).
- Superior influencing and negotiation skills.
