The role of Recruitment Resourcer plays an integral role in the ongoing delivery and service to both our existing and new clients and candidates who require expert advice and recruitment services.
We are keen to employ a Melbourne Based person who has the confidence, tenacity and maturity to engage with people of all levels both Nationally and Globally. Further, we are seeking a self-driven person who is highly attuned to the use of social media and who is always on the lookout to try new platforms. Naturally, as this is a high contact position so we will be expecting your verbal and written skills to be highly articulate and engaging.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate your keen interest in research, communication and technology. Holding you in good stead will also be your natural leadership and organisational flair, keeping the entire process moving in the right direction. A tertiary degree will be looked upon favourably as will any experience working within the Recruitment industry.
