You will lead the team and steer the ship for the next phase of growth in the business. Reporting to the Director of the business you will provide functional leadership, strategic planning, specialist advice and business plans that ensure key growth targets are met. We provide national coverage to clients across all industries and sectors.
You will need to be an experienced recruitment manager who has motivated teams and achieved outcomes through others. Ideally, you will have experience at a GM or Operations Manager level within an Agency environment, we are also happy to talk to Branch Managers or Team Leaders who are keen to push through to the next level.
