Melbourne, Victoria (September 1st, 2020) – Safety People today announced it has entered into a partnership with the Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) to promote and encourage the ongoing professional development of Injury Management professionals throughout Australia. This will add value to job seekers and candidates wanting to differentiate themselves, and provide a direct channel to PIEF and their professional development courses. It places Safety People as a trusted advisor, for not only candidates but also as a resource to hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition teams requiring a specialist recruitment service.

Safety People is known in the Workers’ Compensation industry as a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the placement of Safety & Injury Management professionals.

“During the current COVID disruption, Injury Management Professionals are taking the time to consider how they return to a competitive workforce environment. “Safety People’s partnership with PIEF affirms our commitment to the promotion of professionalism and career progression within the injury management sector, providing job seekers with a pathway to differentiate and advance their career.” Said Glenn Arnold, CEO and founder of Arnold Group.

This partnership reflects our mutual desire to collaborate with companies that share our vision of career progression and improving the knowledge base within the profession. PIEF has been at the forefront of providing quality education solutions in the personal injury and disability management industry since 2006.

As mentioned by Noel Lyons Executive Director of PIEF, “we are delighted with the opportunity to partner with Safety People to provide our members with quality candidates who have well-developed knowledge and skills to be part of their organisation’s success.”

During September, Safety People will participate in delivering a series of Online Skills Workshops for PIEF whilst providing a good opportunity to establish relationships with participants at management level and encourage job seekers to enrol in the skills workshops.
