Proven in leading safety across large-scale, high-risk projects, including major power and infrastructure developments with workforces of up to 2,000 personnel. Key achievements include supporting projects that reached 3 million man-hours without an LTI.
Brings strong expertise in Australian WHS legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, supported by Lead Auditor certification and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. Hands-on capability includes LOTO, electrical safety, working at heights, confined space, risk management and incident investigation/root cause analysis.
Experienced in developing and implementing HSEQ management systems from greenfield construction through to commissioning, while working closely with project leaders, contractors and frontline teams to strengthen compliance and safety culture.
Technically capable across digital HSE and reporting platforms including Enablon, Quentic, Mendix and Power BI.
