HSE Manager

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join a leading Australian industrial business operating a large, high-risk manufacturing site in regional Victoria.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you'll lead the site's HSE strategy, coach operational leaders, strengthen safety systems and drive a genuine Zero Harm culture. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you'll influence at every level of the business while delivering practical safety outcomes.

About You
You are an experienced HSE leader with 8+ years in a Safety Manager or similar senior leadership role within manufacturing, construction, heavy industry, infrastructure, logistics, utilities or another high-risk environment.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading safety strategy and cultural change.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety or a related discipline (preferred).
